Why do I think that if I'd done all the crooked shit Charlie Rangel has done, Congress wouldn't propose that I be merely "reprimanded" as punishment?
Frankly, I don't understand this at all. Rangel represents a district that's going to elect a brain-dead, lock-step liberal Democrat no matter what. It would cost the Democrats nothing at all to chuck this loser overboard. And yet they're willing to piss on their obligations to the people and the rule of law to cover up for him. WTF?
